Announces Retirement of
Dan Donovan; COO Steve
Goldman to become new
president & CEO at fiscal
year end
Star Gas Partners, L.P. (Stamford,
Conn.), a home energy distributor and
services provider specializing in heating
oil, announced that Dan Donovan, the
Partnership's president and chief executive officer, will retire effective the end
of its current fiscal year - September 30,
2013. Mr. Donovan will remain a member
of Star's board of directors and provide
his services on a consulting basis for the
next two fiscal years. Concurrent with his
retirement, Steve Goldman, Star's chief
operating officer, will become president
and chief executive officer.
Star Gas Partners, L.P. is the nation's
largest retail distributor of home heating oil, based upon sales volume,
operating throughout the Northeast and

on Fernox line of hydronic
cleaning, testing and
treatment products
With the increased awareness of water
quality and its effect on efficiency and life
cycle costs, Emerson Swan is happy to
announce the introduction of a full line of
Fernox products designed to assist the contractor in both the testing and treatment of
hydronic system water. Widely applied in
overseas markets, Fernox views its relationship with Emerson Swan as an obvious step
towards meeting the growing demand in the
May 21, IPT terminal in Rensselaer, NY. A Grand
Opening and ribbon cutting ceremony was held at
the AMERIgreen Energy state-of-the-art biodiesel
blending facility at the IPT terminal. The terminal arrangement provides retail fuel companies in
the Capital region with a source point to lift finished BioDiesel blends from B2 (2% BioDiesel, 98%
