Call 219-444-5597 (Crown Point) or 219-934-7234 (St. John). The program supports increased swing power while helping to protect the body from strain and injury, making it ideal for both off-season recovery and in-season preparation. Common concerns addressed in this program include chronic low back pain, tight hip flexors and quadriceps, limited mobility, and swing performance improvement. Each golfer begins with a unique Movement Analysis and Performance Screening (MAPS), which evaluates mobility, muscle activation, posture, and symmetry to identify restrictions or compensation patterns. Conditions such as "S-posture," golfer's elbow, knee pain, and a history of shoulder or elbow injuries can also be effectively addressed. With stretches specifically tailored to the muscles involved in the golf swing, this 3-month program will tailor each player's individual needs to a customized session routine devised by their flexologist for best performance on the golf course and feeling their best while doing it!
