The awards are based on input from satisfaction surveys from 5,426 respondents. The surveys asked for input in areas of timely perfor- mance, customer service, informa- tion technology and equipment and operations. The survey benchmarks driver pay pack- ages and evaluates carriers on driver pay, health and retirement benefits and financial stability. The results of the survey were ranked, and the top 20 percent were recognized. ROEHL TRAINING CENTER GRADUATES TWO DRIVERS IN AUGUST Roehl Transport’s Driver Training Center saw two new graduates in October. The drivers received awards at a celebration dinner for Prime employees, where each driver was given a $5,000 check, a 3 million mile leather jacket, a truck decal and a plaque.
