The pack is available in all 50 states at an average retail price of $19.95. 6 GIFFT wines is a 50-50 partnership between Kathy Lee Gifford and family-owned Scheid Family Wines, of Monterey County. The venture has just launched two new wines: GIFFT 2012 Estate Grown Monterey Chardonnay ($20 suggested retail) and GIFFT 2011 Estate Grown Monterey Red Blend ($20). The Chardonnay, made from 100% chardon- nay grapes, is balanced with good acidity, and high- lighted by tropical fruit fl avors. The Red Blend (42% merlot, 25% petite sirah, 12% syrah and 10% petite verdot, and small percentages of other varieties) is smooth and fl avorful with a core of red fruit. 7 Mionetto USA has introduced a new Luxury Collection of Italian porseccos and sparkling wines. The collection includes three top-tier Mionetto wines, which have had a packaging redesign: Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, Cuvée Sergio 1887 and Cuvée Sergio 1887 Rosé, all of which have a suggested retail of $19. A fourth wine, Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze DOCG ($40), is slated for release in time for the 2014 holiday season. The initiative is designed to create a stronger, more unifi ed brand identity and heightened shelf-appeal for Mionetto's top wines. 8 Bacardi's D'USSÉ VSOP Cognac debuted in 2012; the brand has a new ultra-premium line extension just beginning to roll out into select U.S. markets: D'USSÉ XO. This new complex, balanced cognac is made from hand-selected eaux-de-vie aged a minimum of 10 years in French oak casks. A bouquet of blackberry, orange and dried apricot is followed by tastes of hazelnut and nutmeg, with apricot, orange and spice. The balanced fi nish features chocolate and nut. D'USSÉ XO is available in 750 ml bottles with a suggested retail of $230. 9 Woodford Reserve, the "Offi cial Bourbon of the Kentucky Derby" for the past 16 years, is honoring this year's Run for the Roses with the release of its 2014 Kentucky Derby commemorative bottle. This year's limited-edi- tion Woodford Reserve Kentucky Derby bottle features the artwork of local Louisville artist David O. Schuster. Sch uster's image on the bot- tle is entitled "The 4th Turn," and captures the horses and jockeys in their multi-colored silks racing down the fi nal stretch and last turn of the Kentucky Derby. The commemorative liter-size bottle is available nationwide at a suggested retail price of $43.99. 10 The Bud Light Lime Ritas franchise has added two new permanent fl avors – Bud Light Mang-O- Rita and Bud Light Raz-Ber-Rita. The new Ritas are 8% alc/vol fl avored malt beverages that blend Bud Light Lime with the taste of authentic mango and raspberry margaritas, respectively. They join the successful Bud Light Lime-A-Rita and Straw-Ber- Rita. Mang-O-Rita and Raz-Ber-Rita are available in three pack sizes: 12-pack 8 oz. cans; four-pack 16 oz. cans; and 24 oz. individual cans. The Ritas are also available in a Mix-A-Rita 18-pack, which includes six Lime-A-Ritas, four Straw-Ber-Ritas, four Mang-O-Ritas and four Raz-Ber-Ritas.
