Excavator mounting allows for easy reach over obstructions, into ditches and up hillsides. Bi-directional cutting and discharge capabilities allow operators to control the direction of cut materials away from buildings, roadways and bystanders; and, when the excavator is equipped with a case drain, the blades are designed to come to a complete stop within four to fi ve seconds for additional safety. Bradco's Flail Mowers are available in light duty (FME30) for mounting on 3- to 6-ton excavators and heavy duty (FME40) for mounting on 6- to 10-ton excavators. The drive train features a patent-pending torsion disc to protect the motor and drive assembly from damage by absorbing the impact forces from the cutting blades. FAE ROW management equipment FAE manufactures forestry mulchers, forestry tillers, rock crushers and road construction heads. To complete the Prime Tech series, FAE introduced the PT-175 in North America late 2013. The Prime Tech line offers four models of track mulchers: PT-175, PT-300, PT-400, and PT-600. The PT-175 is powered by a 160hp Cummins QSB4.5 engine and combined with a powerful Sauer Danfoss hydraulic system. Built with an oscillating Berco Undercarriage (LGP Option available) and equipped with the FAE 140/U heavy-duty mulcher, the forestry mulcher is available in three different working widths: 58, 72, and 81 inches. Its comfort is ensured by a spacious, sound-proof cabin with excellent operating visibility. Service and maintenance time is considerably reduced with easy-access forward-tilting cab. The compact- size model allows end-users to transport from one site to another without special permits. Multiple tooth options offer the end-user the fl exibility to use the same machine for various applications and/or environments. Fecon FTX128L mulching tractor The FTX128L mulching tractor is strong on cutting power with 60 gpm to the Bull Hog forestry mulcher. The compact FTX128L features 20-inch tracks that work effortlessly while cutting uphill. The low ground pressure at 3.8 psi is ideal for soft conditions, resulting in minimal ground disturbance. Serviceability is made easy with full-access side doors and engine compartment roof. The Cummins QSB4.5 diesel engine running at 128 hp., coupled with Fecon's latest hydraulic technology, allows the FTX128L to outperform machines with higher horsepower. Fuel consumption remains under 4.5 gallon per hour. High performance on the jobsite, at maintenance time and on the bottom line makes the FTX128L the machine of choice for ROW mulching, clearing and related forestry and urban interface work.
