A graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, Taylor is the public policy director for Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin. Barring defeat by a write-in candidate, she is set to win the seat previously held by Joe Parisi before he was elected as Dane County executive in the Aug. 9 general election.
