Raises Independent Carrier Rates By 3% For 4th Quarter 2014 Interstate Distributor Co., a trucking com- pany known for its commitment to safety, service and operational excellence, recently announced a 3% rate increase on gross rev- enue for independent carriers who sign on with the company before the end of the year. Independent carriers retain their own au- thority when partnering with Interstate and can choose from two pay options: 83% of gross revenue paid in 10 days or 80% of gross revenue paid in 3 days.
