Features of the new Members Area of the IDA website: • Security – All information entered on website forms is encrypted using best practices with the latest technology. All passwords are stored encrypted on our secure server. Your credit card information is never stored on our system. • Mobile Friendly – e entire Members area is mobile friendly, meaning you will be able to access and use every feature in that section on your phone or tablet. e Member Directory allows you to log in using your email address on fi le, or a Username. e Username has already been set, and once you log in for the fi rst time you can view it from within your profi le under Display Name. For members information that was migrated from the old system (if you did not set up this member profi le), you will need to set your password prior to logging in. To accomplish this, follow these steps: 1. Go to https://idaparts.org/members/ 2. Under the Members link on the main menu, select Reset Password 3. Enter your email address. If you are unsure you can confi rm the address with the IDA offi ce. 4. Click the Forgotten Password button. You should receive an email within minutes, depending on your Internet connection, and you can follow the steps to log in. **Please check your junk mail if you do not receive the email in your inbox. Upon fi rst logging in, please review all information in your profi le, as there may be information you would like to change or update. As with any new technological systems in your offi ce, we ask that you help IDA by following the directions and trying out this new area of the website. en, if you have any problems or suggestions, contact us.
