Learn more: www.volcafe.com Hong Kong Barista Book Funds Coffee Kids Holly Brown Company Ltd., a coffee and gelato retail chain in Hong Kong, announced the launch of the book "I Want to Be a Barista," which features 28 coffee champions including 13 World Champions. According to Raymond Tsui, c.e.o. of Holly Brown, in it the baristas share why they work in coffee. Twenty percent of the gross sales of the book will be donated to Coffee Kids, an organization that will use the funds for their food security projects in Latin America. Rebecca Singer, executive director of Coffee Kids, will be at the official book launch in Hong Kong. The more than 150 page book features tips and quotes from the Holly Brown team of baristas as well. An English and Chinese edition will be available for purchase in the Holly Brown online shop, major book stores in Hong Kong, and on Amazon.com.
