Eteaket has been supplying its range of specialty teas to numerous restaurants, delis and retail outlets around the UK and is proud to have the likes of Tom Kitchin and Gordon Ramsey as its customers. Now the teas are available a little further afield in the Hong Kong. Erica Moore, founder and managing director of the independent business eteaket says, "It's so exciting to be able to supply our teas to Hong Kong. After our success in the Japanese market we felt that there was a lot of opportunity for eteaket in Hong Kong. I was with Scottish Development International in Hong Kong last year and there was a real thirst for innovative and exciting products and I am glad that we are able to supply this demand." There's also interest in the potential for other ways in which teas can be used. Sarah Chanter, managing director of eteaket explained, "We have been collaborating with a lot of artisan companies over the last two years creating tea beers, tea chocolates and even tea perfumes. A lot of our wholesale and retail customers are now using our tea cocktail recipes to create amazing concoctions.
