It is equipped with two single piston pumps to allow smoking two cigarettes in parallel. The automated process of the PENTAGON includes: loading the cigarette holders; lighting the cigarettes; controlling the lighted cigarettes via a BLC sensor; changing of the Cambridge filters – capacity of the Cambridge filter magazine: 20 pieces. The complete operation is controlled by a touch screen PC. Austria New Light on Tipping Paper The Austian company Tann Papier has announced a new finishing technique for tipping paper called micro embossing, which uses hotfoil to produce interplay of light and color. The technique works through small distortions on the surface of the embossing foil that cause chang- ing light patterns, depending on which Micro embossed tipping from Tann Papier angle you view it from. The company says "it produces new visual perceptions [...] This unique effect is especially impressive and can be used for delicate lines and logos".
