basic for most coff ee retailers. "Get the drink order right, and you get paid for extra shots, syrups, half & half, etc. all of the time," Alexander says.
"It may sound small, but if you accurately capture 50 cents
that your staff are not today once an hour, 10 hours a day, 6 days per week, 52 weeks per year, you have 'found' over $1,500 a year." SCR
