The Podium Race produced six lead changes, four major spins that altered the finish, and a contested contact in the last corner on the last lap that resulted in a penalty being assessed, again changing the finishing order in the race. After all the dust settled, Szabo came out on top, with Mack tech Mike Morgan being awarded a contested second-place finish.
