Deliveries within the continental U.S. may take up to 6 working days. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice. When your order must be shipped 2nd Day Air or Overnight to meet a need-by date, actual charges will be added to your invoice. OVERRUNS & UNDERRUNS: Due to manufacturing processes on certain items, there may be a 5% variation (over or under) in quantity shipped from quantity ordered. You will only be billed for quantity shipped. TAXES: Sales Tax will be added to all orders from the state of Alabama. Prices are valid thru December 31, 2016. Art Requirements Award Company of America accepts art in the following ways: email, mail, and cd rom. Utilizing email is the most quick and efficient means of transferring your artwork to us. All emails must include your name, your organization's name (if applicable) and phone number. Orders placed online will have a space provided with each item for attaching custom artwork. Standard art and screen charges stated for various items require camera-ready, black & white artwork (no copies or faxes). If touchups or custom art work is necessary, there will be additional charges. We will quote on artwork once it is received. Customer art work will be returned only if requested on the order.
