Ian Hanou is the Founder and Owner
of Plan-It Geo (www.planitgeo.com),
a geospatial analysis and software
development firm in Colorado focus-
ing on urban forestry and natural
resources planning and technology.
Ian has managed more than 150
projects relating to GIS, forestry, plan-
ning, software, and related technolo-
gies. In September 2011, the Society
of Municipal Arborists presented Ian
with an Award of Achievement for his
contributions to our field.
Richard W. Harper is an Extension
Assistant Professor of Urban & Com-
munity Forestry in the UMass Depart-
ment of Environmental Conservation.
An ISA Board Certified Master Arborist
and Connecticut Licensed Arborist, Rick
has over 15 years combined green
industry experience both as a field
technician and in Cornell University's
Extension Horticulture Program. He
serves as the MA State Representative
on the ISA New England Chapter
Board of Directors.
Scott Liudahl received a B.S. in
Forest Management from Colorado
State University. Scott is an ISA Board
Certified Master Arborist, SAF Certified
Forester, and Minnesota Certified Tree
Inspector and has been with the City of
Fargo for 19 years.
