This app, designed for individual's diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, was created by a Certified Diabetes Edu- cator (CDE). Built in to the program is in-app coaching support from a CDE, blood glucose tracking, medica- tion and carb tracking, and more. The app's features include a jour- nal, meal planner, recipes, food guides and educational information. Available for free on iPhone. 2. mySugr Diabetes Logbook by mySugr GmbH Designed for Type 1 and Type 2 dia- betes, this personal logbook app has a customizable logging screen with quick options for logging blood glu- cose levels, medications and meals.
