It's not unusual to have the name of a loved one — friend or family member — on a truck. Many truck- ers can be sentimental that way. Robert Errthum has 11 names on the 2013 Peterbilt 389 he calls "Miles of Memories," and for good reason. Errthum says 10 of people whose names are on his dramatically wrapped Pete' lost their battles with cancer. One other has fought the dis- ease for nine years. "We've been through it all with them," says the owner/operator from Olin, Iowa. One of the names on the side of Err- thum's Pete' is that of Owen Bell, the man who got the truck's owner into trucking.
