The letters program is presented by Interfaith Older Adult Programs, Inc. T H E J I N G L E B U S Presented by Meijer, the Jingle Bus operates 6pm-8:20pm, Thursday through Sunday, through Dec. 0. The 40-minute tour is narrat- ed by Milwaukee Downtown's Public Service Ambassadors. Rides are $1 per person and depart from The Shops of Grand Avenue's Center Court, 3rd Street and Wisconsin Av- enue, 275 W. Wisconsin Ave., where the Festival Warming House is located. Discounted parking is available in the attached structure. The Jingle Bus will not operate on Christ- mas Eve or Christmas Day and New Year's Eve or New Year's Day. Milwaukee Downtown, Business Improvement District #21 is the organization responsible for the procurement, installment and maintenance of these decorations. The organiation was established in 1998 to support the interests of the downtown Milwaukee business community. Created through private sector leadership, Milwaukee Downtown is a management district organization that oversees 120 square blocks representing approximately 400 property owners in the center of downtown Milwaukee. The organiation funds specic initiatives aimed at creating a clean, safe and friendly downtown. 3 PARKS. 3 THEMES. Each season, the Milwaukee Holiday Lights Festival decorates these parks with larger-than-life animated sculptures. 1 Community Spirit Park Cathedral Square Park, 520 E. Wells St. Area schools and nonprofits have embel- lished more than 75 trees with different themes. Handmade ornaments represent each group's wish for the season. Plankinton Ave. This winter frolics scene features penguins riding the tide, shooting hoops, ice skating and playing hockey. Amid it all stands a towering ice castle spectacular. Presented by Zilber Property Group and Milwaukee County Parks. 3 North Pole Power Depot Zeidler Union Square, 301 W. Michigan St. Charged up for the season, the North Pole Power Depot pre- pares for Santa's busiest night of the year. Animated elves hurry to complete last-minute tasks.
