VINCENT KOTOWSKI JOINS UTILITY Vincent Kotowski has joined UTILITY, the 86 year-old plumbing and heating chemical manufacturer, as national sales manager. Kotowski has been involved in the plumbing and heating industries for over 10 years, as both a sales representa- tive and national sales manager, in this and other industries.
