Every time I have transformed my company or my career, it involved having a vision for where I wanted to be and setting concrete goals to get there. is method has successfully seen me through leaving Corporate America, buying a trucking company, starting a traditional brokerage, selling off the assets and pivoting to pure brokerage, and pivoting to an agent- based brokerage. As we enter a new year, it's oen a time for reflection and goal setting. In 2016, I learned a very systematic way to approaching goal setting that I'd like to share with you. is proven method is part of the approach I studied during my certification training with Gazelles International for my business coaching practice, LexaGen Freedom Accelerator. It is based upon some of the material from Verne Harnish, author of Scaling Up: How a Few Companies Make It … and Why the Rest Don't, who teaches us about flawless execution, as well as Steven Covey, author of e 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, who taught us to begin with the end in mind.
