(rated per SAE J2723 standards), 26.3-cc Kawasaki engine (with dual-ringed pistons and a chrome-plated 4-bolt cylinder) that not only meets the stringent CARB Tier III and EPA Phase 2 exhaust and evaporative emissions standards, but also provides more than 25 percent greater fuel efficiency than previous models.
