Beech Street Capital Closes $8.75Million FannieMae Loan To Acquire ArizonaMH Community Beech Street Capital, LLC announced today that it closed an $8.75 million Fannie Mae DUS loan for the acquisition of Pueblo Sereno MHC, a 224-space five-star senior manufac- tured housing community in Scottsdale, Ari- zona. The transaction was originated by Chad Thomas Hagwood, ex- ecutive vice president based out of Beech Street's Birm- ingham, Ala- bama office. "The prop- erty is one of the nicest parks in the Phoenix area," states Hagwood. Located in one of the most desir- able areas of Phoenix, the southern portion of the city of Scottsdale, Pueblo Sereno has con- venient access to the Phoenix central business district and other areas of the Phoenix MSA.
