Nominate that member who inspires and motivates others as
a volunteer in their court, community and parish.
Do you know a beneficial member of the Society who is an outstanding fraternalist and
volunteer? We are looking for an individual who provided outstanding volunteer service, and who
held leadership positions in their court, parish, and community.
All of our active members are outstanding in their service to others. But there is always one that
shines brighter ... and you know who that is. Think about the member in your area who exhibits
extraordinary acts of fraternalism and provides outstanding volunteer service in the community.
If you would like to nominate an NCSF member aged 16 or older for notable service to others in
the year 2012, contact Rosemary at 800-344-6273 ext. 207 for a nomination form or go to
www.ncsf.com — click on the court relations area and download a form. The nominee selected as
NCSF Fraternalist of the Year will be featured in a future issue of the NCSF magazine.
Completed nominations must be postmarked by May 2.
You may re-nominate someone if they haven't previously
been awarded Fraternalist of the Year.
