IDA Announces Executive Board Changes e IDA Board of Directors has elected a new Executive Board for the 2021/2022 term. Lance Hinrichsen of Tilly's Crawler Parts in Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia began his term as the new President of IDA in November. Lance is a decade-long supporter of IDA, having previously served as a Director and Vice President of IDA for more than fi ve years. e new IDA Vice President is Bruno Montesano, Jr. of IDA member company Robitaille Équipement Inc., of Quebec, Canada. Bruno has served on the Board of Directors for more than four years. Prior to his position at Robitaille, he worked for other IDA member companies and held various leadership roles. Jay Ahuja of Ajax Fasteners has accepted another term on the Executive Board, continuing in his role as Secretary/Treasurer. e leadership of these incredible members will serve to further the goals and mission of IDA. Lance Hinrichsen will submit his fi rst President's Note in the January/February 2022 issue of the IDA Universal magazine.
