SABEL, CT. 945, FOND DU LAC, WI 1 lg. can sliced peaches 1 pkg. Betty crocker butter pecan cake mix 1 c. flaked coconut 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 stick melted margarine Drain peaches and chop. Pour peaches and juice into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle cake mix over peaches. Sprinkle coconut over cake mix. Sprinkle nuts over coconut. Drizzle margarine over all. Bake at 325F approximately 45 minutes until nicely browned. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream. Pistachio Dessert LUCILLE M. SMITH, CT. 781, JACKSON, MN 1-1/4 c. flour 1 c. powdered sugar 1 stick margarine 8 oz. cream cheese 1/2 c. chopped pecans 3c. milk 1/2 tub cool Whip (larger size) 2 pkgs. pistachio instant pudding Mix flour, margarine and pecans to a pie crust consistency and put in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350F. Cool. Mix together softened cream cheese and sugar and add 1/2 tub of Cool Whip. Layer on top of crust. Mix pudding with milk. Layer on top of cream cheese mixture. Top with remainder of Cool Whip. 11
