Fleet News By Tara Bullock Werner rolls out new truck safety reward program Werner Enterprises introduced a three-tiered Million Mile Safe Driver Truck Program to reward drivers with new trucks and accessories for achieving safe driving milestones of 1 million, 2 million or 3 million miles. The program offers drivers the opportunity to order new trucks equipped with an auxiliary power unit with 110-volt service and assorted accessories available depending on the safe driving milestone achieved. Werner currently has about 570 professional drivers eligible for the program. More than 1,500 Werner drivers have achieved 1 million or more safe driving miles.
