Briggs & Stratton Corporation and Midwest Engine
Warehouse (MWE) presented a
custom-built motorcycle to Richard
Kelly of Ace Hardware and Outdoor
Center of Dixon, Ill., at GIE+EXPO
2013 in Louisville, Ky. The giveaway
was part of a promotion sponsored
by Briggs & Stratton and MWE.The
bike was revealed for the first time to
Kelly and his family during the show in Briggs & Stratton's booth on Oct. 24.
Presenting the motorcycle in the booth caused much excitement and
anticipation from everyone at the show. Doug Dougherty, vice president of North
America service sales with Briggs & Stratton, said, "We were very excited to
present the motorcycle to Richard during the show and to congratulate him on
his outstanding achievement."
American Wrench of Aurora, Ill., designed a unique and show-stopping
motorcycle.The details of the bike were phenomenal.The softail-framed, exhaust,
oil tank, handlebars and sheet metal work were all one off custom fabricated.

appointed Travis Hicks territory
sales manager for Maryland and

equipment industry, serving in
various positions for a servicing
dealer, as well as a turf and

As Rotary's new territory
manager, Hicks will be involved in business development, sales
support and service for customers throughout the region.
