equipment means a lot in the food business," he says. "So does reliability. We can't have breakdowns when everything we haul is perishable." Such performance dependability — which Biddle credits to his dedicated workforce as well as his equip- ment — is why the growth curve remains headed upward, according to Biddle. "Our goal every day is to take a bigger piece of the market share — in this extremely competitive market — than we had at the beginning of the day," he says. "From our facilities, to our people, to the equipment that we run, we definitely make a first class statement to our customers and our prospective customers. "Peterbilt helps us make that statement." Scott Biddle's custom-built chopper is adorned with stylized images of Peterbilt trucks. Biddle, who had the bike designed, built and custom- painted by a local builder near Vittoria, Ontario, says the bike is a big hit at truck shows and frequently draws attention on the road as well.
