GreenCare for Troops and
SnowCare for Troops expands
The database that is at the heart of the
GreenCare and SnowCare for Troops
programs is in the midst of two major
updates. Beginning mid-October, both
military families and volunteers will be
able to register and receive real-time
matching, enabling Project Evergreen to
connect the family in need with a willing
volunteer without a wait.
It's an exciting time for the both the
GreenCare and SnowCare for Troops
programs, which continue to grow. Each
month Project Evergreen is adding new
military families and new volunteers.
As soldiers return from deployment,
volunteers become available to help
other military families in need. Project
Evergreen is also working to expand the
program to disabled veterans.

Bandit broadens interaction with blog,
expanded social media
Bandit Industries' website looks slightly different. A new blog, along with live feeds
from the company's Facebook and Twitter accounts, now share space on the home
page at www.banditchippers.com.
These improvements offer visitors to the chipper manufacturer's website the
ability to see live social media updates, and interact directly with the company —
all from a single online location.
Bandit's new live blog will be updated regularly with content that readers can
comment on. Blog topics will vary, ranging from equipment tips, community
events and sponsorships such as NASCAR, to a look inside Bandit machines and
the people who make and buy them.
Along with live feeds from Facebook and Twitter, Bandit has expanded its pres-
ence on LinkedIn with articles of business interest. For those who like pictures,
Bandit has a new Pinterest page.
And for those who like to see the machines in action, the company offers a new
video series on YouTube titled "Two-Minute Demo." In approximately two minutes,
people can watch rapid-fi re videos of Bandit machines in action. All are linked di-
rectly through Bandit's home page.
