www.greenmediaonline.com Business Planning Guide December 2014 29 performance in a lightweight, compact package. With zero-exhaust emissions, the TSA 230 enables indoor cutting in enclosed spaces and other jobsites where users are not permitted to use traditional gasoline-powered cut-off machines. Wet cutting is made easier with onboard water connection and control, which suppresses dust. Dry cutting in dust-sensitive areas is aided by an available depth guide with vacuum adapter. The new cut-off machine is fueled by a low-maintenance, brushless, commercial-grade, high-torque electric motor, creating little noise. Low vibration and the lightweight design help reduce operator fatigue and increase maneuverability, while providing the power needed to get light hardscaping and construction jobs done. KUBOTA EXPANDS Z700 COMMERCIAL ZERO-TURN MOWER LINE Kubota Tractor Corporation introduced three new models to its Z700-Series line, the Z724X-48, Z724X-54 and Z726X-60 — all powered by Kawasaki's FX engines. Available with a 48-, 54- or 60-inch deck, the Z700X models are engineered to deliver the power operators need, consistently and reliably across virtually all professional turf applications. With a Parker TorqPact GT 14 transmission, the Z700-Series is designed for an optimum combination of speed and torque to deliver higher efficiency. Better overall efficiency means more horsepower to the deck and less heat into the oil. This translates to a fast, high-quality cut, whether the turf is easy or tough, or the terrain is flat or hilly. The transmission is designed for easy maintenance and less downtime, requiring far fewer hydraulic oil changes. Each model features a seven-gauge, six-inch-deep, fully welded deck for superior grass-cutting performance. SNAPPER PRO INTRODUCES NEW COMMERCIAL WALK-BEHINDS The new Snapper Pro SW35CC commercial walk-behind mower offers powerful engine options paired with 48-, 52- or 61-inch mowing decks, and offers newly designed Centralized Control handlebars. Engine options include a 26-gross-hp. Vanguard 810cc, a 28-gross- hp. Vanguard 810cc EFI , a 20.5-gross-hp. Kawasaki FX651V, or a 23.5-gross-hp. Kawasaki FX730V. Dual commercial Hydro- Gear ZT-3100 transaxles with 7-inch cooling fans are standard on all models. The 10-gauge steel decks feature aluminum greaseable spindles. The drive belt system is designed to provide uniform belt tension, which improves belt life and reduces maintenance. A deck mounting system makes leveling the deck a simple process and a quick-adjust handle allows the operator to change cutting heights — from 1.5 to 5 inches — in one easy step. Twenty-inch tires enable climbing over curbs and rough terrain, and reduce deck bounce for consistent cut. A two-year limited warranty on the machine provides unlimited hours the first 24 months. FERRIS IS 3200Z ZERO TURNS The new Ferris IS 3200Z commercial zero-turn mower lineup features a patented suspension system with adjustable rear coil-over-shocks and front independent, adjustable coil-over-shocks. The Ferris suspension system lets the operator maintain ground speed and take full advantage of available horsepower. Because it helps absorb shock and vibration to the unit and the operator, Ferris' suspension technology helps extend mower life and offers a more comfortable ride. Importantly, coil-over-shocks and all suspension- related components are covered for four years, unlimited hours. Powered by either a 36-gross- hp. Briggs & Stratton Vanguard Big Block or 37-gross-hp. Kawasaki FX1000V-DFI, the IS 3200Z touts engines choices that have been expertly engineered to deliver dependability and reliability. Both can be matched with either a 61- or 72-inch iCD Cutting System, a mowing deck designed to provide a superior cut in a multitude of conditions. Its baffle design and deep deck allow for better airflow. ALTOZ XE MODEL Altoz unveiled its latest addition to its product line with the launch of the all-new XE series of ZTRs. The new model line maintains much of the same award-winning characteristics of the XC Z model. The new XE model line delivers precision cut, quality manufacturing, durability and comfort that have become synonymous with the Altoz brand. Three unique models — XE 480, XE 540 and XE 610 — make up the XE line, each being powered by a Briggs & Stratton Commercial Turf engine with electronic fuel management. Durable Hydro-Gear 3200 commercial transmissions are featured in all three models, which are available in 48-, 54- and 61-inch cutting deck widths. Twenty-two-inch rear tires and an optional suspension seat combine for a comfortable ride.
