From the many hundreds of shots taken, we try to fi t in as many faces as possible. It is always amazing to see how much fun this group has together. As you know, the person we have to thank for these conven- tion images is our friend and photographer, Carrie Ellsworth, (professional sports photographer and daughter of long time IDA members Al and Fran Ellsworth, owners of Ellsworth Trucking in California). Every year, whether she is freezing on the golf course, standing on a ladder for a group shot or just laughing with individuals as she takes that fourth shot, Carrie goes the extra mile to provide those IDA images/memories that are printed NEWS ! in the magazines and stored in the Association archives. Perhaps you noticed an extra person with the Ellsworth Family in Chicago... Carrie's fi ancé, Les Elson. eir wedding was celebrated on November 15, 2014. Carrie, many of the IDA members have grown to love and appreciate you for the talented and enjoyable lady you are. Please accept our best wishes for you and Les. May you have many years fi lled with happi- ness. And we at IDA hope to see both of you at our events for many years to come. e second year end announcement is that IDA will be moving our offi ces due to a change with the present building. If things proceed as planned, we will continue in a new suite at the same address. More information about that soon. IDA also has a new accoun- tant, Michelle Dattalo. Michelle has her master's degree in accounting and a CPA designation. Her education, combined with her extensive work experience, indicates that she will be a great asset to the IDA. e end of the calendar year! Hmm! Time to pause profession- ally and personally to ask those questions: Where am I, and where am I going? If you have those answers, the next step is how will I get there? In between these thoughtful moments, I hope you will fi nd time to nourish strong friend- ships, family and yourself!
