- 52 - FAQs Questions About The Rental Show What are the dates of The Rental Show 2016? Sunday, Feb. 21, through Wednesday, Feb. 24, in Building B at the Georgia World Congress Center, Atlanta. A full day of business-focused seminars is Sunday, Feb. 21, while the trade show is Feb. 22-24. Events & Tents, an educational program specifically for those in party and special event rental, is Saturday, Feb. 20. The Tier 4 Engine Workshop for those in construction and general tool rental also is on Saturday, Feb. 20. What is the convention center address? The Georgia World Congress Center is at 285 Andrew Young International Blvd. NW, Atlanta, GA 30313-1591. What is the typical February weather in Atlanta? The average high temperature during February is 57 degrees Fahrenheit (F) and the average low is 37 degrees. Is wheelchair or scooter rental available for The Rental Show? Yes. ScootAround is the official scooter company for The Rental Show 2016. They are located at the FedEx Office in Lobby B of the Georgia World Congress Center. To make your reservations in advance, please call 888-441-7575 or reserve online at http://locations.scootaround.com/RentalShow. Will shuttle buses be available at the Show? Yes, there will be shuttle buses that will run to and from the Georgia World Congress Center and select ARA Show hotels. The following hotels are within walking distance of the convention center: Embassy Suites Downtown at Centennial Park, Hilton Garden Inn Downtown and Omni Hotel at CNN Center. There will be shuttle bus service from all other official Show hotels to the Georgia World Congress Center. For the event at the Georgia Aquarium on Tuesday, Feb. 23, shuttle bus service will be provided from all official Show hotels. If I can't attend all the seminars I want, can I receive a recording of the sessions I miss? Attendees with full registration for The Rental Show will be able to listen to or download podcasts of most seminars from TheRentalShow.com after the Show. In addition, seminar handouts will be available for those with a full registration to download before The Rental Show so you can print out the ones you need and bring them along. For Events & Tents registrants, podcasts of most sessions will be available, plus handouts will be available online. Handouts for the Show seminars and Events & Tents will be available by early February – eligible attendees will receive an email with further details and a link. You will need full registration to attend the keynote session on Feb. 22, and you will need your badge for admittance. How long does it take to walk the show floor? The Rental Show Directory will be available at the Show beginning Friday, Feb. 19. The Show Directory is only available on site.
