C heryl Biron has been recognized as one of the Top 25 Best and Brightest Women Leaders of New Jersey. Biron, president and CEO of One Horn Transportation in Wayne, N.J., was recognized by Leading Women Entrepreneurs. She is among 25 women selected out of hundreds of impressive nominations based on their strong business intelligence and ability to both inuence and inspire within their respective industries.
