Carnevor
Premier Milwaukee steakhouse Carnevor has moved
next door to 718 N. Milwaukee St. and into a stunning
new setting.
The sophisticated décor evokes warmth by
combining wood and simulated stone. Guests are
welcomed by an entryway "thicket" of intricate wooden
poles. Giant wooden ribs soar overhead in one dining
room and meet a textured "stone" wall. Another dining
room features an intriguing wall formed by interlocked
wood pieces set off by shimmering gold sconces. The
bar area is subtly screened from the dining rooms and
(for the first time for Carnevor) includes a flat screen TV.
Carnevor is part of the SURG restaurant group. The
new design is by Flux Design Milwaukee, known for
dazzling projects sourcing old and new materials to
achieve a unique space.
