20 St. Theresa Court 1057, Denmark, WI St. Theresa Court 1057 held a Hearts and Hands "Salad and Sandwich Supper" in September of 2015 to benefit St. Joseph / St. John Rosary Society for the purchase of candles and altar linens. St. Margaret Court 1074, Athens, WI St. Margaret Court 1074, Athens, WI presented a Hearts and Hands matching funds check for $750 to Lori Ellenbecker, Treasurer of St. Anthony Home and School Association, in which the court co-sponsored an "Irish Carnival" in June. They raised $4,812.10. we are entering a Season of Blessings! A Thanksgiving season of abundance. [God] did not leave Himself without witness, for He did good and gave you from heaven rains and frui ul seasons, sa sfying your hearts with food and gladness. ACTS 14:17 A Christmas season of joy, peace, and family. May the God of hope fi ll you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope. ROMANS 15:13 A New Year season of beginnings. For everything there is a season, A me for every ma er under heaven. ECCLESIASTES 3:1 Fall and winter are o en whirlwinds of celebra on! Thanksgiving falls in November, Christmas follows in December, and the New Year is close on its heels. There are many blessings at this me. As the days grow short we are grateful for the abundance in our lives - family, friends, happy mes at home and at work. We celebrate with good food at the Thanksgiving table. Then, as the days grow shorter s ll, and the sky fi lls with stars, we see in our mind's eye the Star of Bethlehem. A Child is born and we are humbled by the gi of Christ – His birth, death, and resurrec on. We enjoy the lights in the tree, Christmas carols, gi s, and giving back. With the New Year we make plans to do more – to be more healthy, to do more reading, more acts of kindness. We are thankful for the season of blessings, here in the Home Offi ce we pray for a wonderful year to come for our members! Christ in Christmas!
