x Highland Park Single Malt Scotch, known for its extensive range of 12, 18, 25, 30 and 40 year old expressions, has debuted Highland Park Thor, a limited-edition, ultra-premium single malt Scotch meant to be the first in a series of limited-edition releases called the Valhalla Collection. The new 16-year-old, cask strength (104.2) proof Thor is finished in Oloroso Sherry casks and boasts rich flavors, some smokiness and soft sweet floral notes. Available in select major markets, Thor retails for $199 per 750 ml bottle. Imported by Remy Cointreau, it comes in an unusual wooden frame, reminiscent of traditional Viking ships.
