XC100-P Xtreme Charge® 12V Battery Charger & Desulfator The fuse-protected, spark-proof Xtreme Charge independently evaluates, charges and desulfates all 12-Volt lead-acid batteries – VRLA, AGM and flooded cell. Unlike other chargers, you don't need to select the battery type or the proper charge rate to avoid the risk of unsafe or improper charging. The Xtreme Charge is fully automatic and easy to understand. The status light col- umn shows you when the unit power is on, pulsing and charging. The battery light column indicates the percentage of the battery's state of charge – 25%, 50%, 75% or 100%. Proprietary algorithms combined with microprocessor controlled technol- ogy measure the battery's voltage and current to automatically determine and deliver the precise charge rate based on the size and condition of the individual battery, both initially and continuously throughout the five-stage charging process. The Xtreme Charge is essential for keeping 12-Volt batteries at their optimum levels for peak performance that you can rely on. Not only does the XC100-P charge and maintain batteries, it also extends battery life by automatically removing sulfation from the battery plates. As a battery ages through use or sits unused for periods of time, lead sulfate crystals enlarge and build-up excessively to the point where they create an insulating barrier across the surface of the plate. Before long, this build-up can become so dense that a battery is no longer able to accept or release energy. Battery sulfation is a wasting disease that claims the life of 80 per- cent of the batteries in use worldwide. Fortunately, we have the solution. Our patented Pulse Technology – an exclusive, patented system which will literally clean batteries of sulfation build up and restore them to normal operation so a battery can accept, store and release maximum power all the time extending battery life up to five times. "Amazing device. I recovered a 12-Volt battery which was brand new but had sat for a couple of years and was completely sulfated and useless. Recovered in less than one day." — John P. Ferg, Ennis, TX To get the most out of the Xtreme Charge add the QuadLink (Page 11) for the ability to charge, maintain and desulfate up to FOUR batteries at once. 100X010 XC100-P Xtreme Charge ................................................$99.95 Specifications Input Voltage: 100-250 V ac Output Voltage, Bulk Charge: 14.8 V dc Dimensions: 7.9" x 3.5" x 2.2" Weight: 1.53 lbs. It's not suitable for charging a single battery. No need to disconnect the bat- teries before charging and no need to have more than one charger. If you own an 18-wheeler, diesel pick-up truck, a generator, a telecom battery backup system or any other application using multiple 12-Volt batteries connected in parallel, the Xtreme Charge Parallel was specifi- cally designed to save you time and money. 100X013 XC-PARALLEL Xtreme Charge .......................................$119.95 100X810 XC-BKT Semi-Permanent Full Enclosure Wall Bracket .......34.95 100X808 Quick Mount Clip-Out Wall Bracket ...................................18.95 10 sales@pulsetech.net Specifications Input Voltage: 100-250 V ac Output Current: 2.5 A dc Max, per output Dimensions: 7.9" x 3.5" x 2.2" Weight: 1.53 lbs.
