PulseTech Products Corporation's Solar Technology All of our Solar products use the power of the sun combined with our patented optimized high frequency pulsing circuit to charge, maintain and condition your batteries so they can accept, store and release maximum power when needed. If you've used solar chargers before, you know it's important to choose the right solar panel for the amount of power you need and the size and place of the mount- ing location. In the past, to get the power you needed you had to struggle with pan- els that were too big, too bulky and too fragile. With PulseTech's Solar panels, you can get the power you need with the most installation options for your outdoor vehicles or equipment. Our solar panels' higher efficiency, higher quality crystalline silicone cells pack more power per square inch than standard amor- phous "thin film" solar cells and have a longer life. That means you can get the power you need in a sturdier, smaller sized solar panel. Instead of a breakable glass coating, PulseTech's solar panels are protected with a clear, polyurethane plastic coating mounted on a laminated aluminum substrate. This design makes them virtually in- destructible and impervious to weather and aging as well as damage from bumps and knocks. "I drove right over the [solar] panel and pressed it into the soft ground leaving a nice bend in it. When I dis- covered it later I thought, 'Oh great, that was a waste of money,' but on closer inspection found it was not broken. I put it back in the sun and looked over and sure enough the LED light was glowing bright, it still works! I remembered a discussion about the construction of the panel and how it was not glass like other brands but I never would have expected it to withstand that kind of abuse." — Ray Pfaff SPCMS 24-Volt Solar Pulse Charge Monitor System • Portable solution for charging and maintaining 24-Volt battery systems — no installation required • High efficiency crystalline cell solar panels — 50% smaller than standard panels • Works on all types of 24-Volt lead-acid battery systems includ- ing VRLA, AGM and gel cell The SPCMS is designed to be a temporary mounted pulse solar charger that maintains 24-Volt lead-acid battery sys- tems on any equipment or ve- hicles kept in long-term out- side storage, so they restart when needed. The sturdy 6.3- Watt solar panel provides up to 225 mA of pulsed current in direct sun and is mounted on an angled box to maximize its efficiency. Installation is easy – simply secure the panel to the hood, roof or deck of the vehicle, connect the special external heavy duty plug to the slave receptacle and let the sun do the rest. The three LED indicators instantly provide informa- tion on the condition of the batteries: when the battery voltage has dropped below 22-Volts, when it's being charged or pulsed, when it's fully charged and if the unit is not operating due to insufficient sunlight. 735X687 NSN 6130-01-558-5371 SPCMS 24-Volt Solar Pulse Charge Monitor System Specifications Output Current: 28 V, 6.3 W panels with a 225 mA output Input Current: Solar Powered 12 Dimensions: 9" x 11.4" x 2.5" Weight: 4.75 lbs.
