FLEET NEWS Erb Transport, PGT executive win TCA's weight loss contest Rhonda Yost of New Brighton, Pa., and New Hamburg, Ontario-based fleet Erb Transport took top honors in the Truckload Carriers Association's second Trucking's Weight Loss Showdown. Yost, executive director for lease-purchase at PGT Trucking, lost 23 percent of her starting body weight during the 10-week competition and won $2,500 from sponsor Cline Wood Agency. The Erb Transport team lost 12 percent of the team's original weight. Erb will receive $12,000 from TravelCenters of America/Petro. Pay Carlisle, Pa.-based fleet Daily Express Trucking awarded one-time special performance and safety bonuses to its owner-operators for 2012.
