England, was awarded a Harley-Davidson Sportster 72 in January for his improvement in both miles-per-gallon average and average idle percentage for the fourth quarter of 2012. Sanger, a resident of McCarron, Nev., drives a 2012 Freightliner Cascadia for the Salt Lake City-based fleet and maintained a 7.35 mpg average and 3 percent idle time during the quarter.
