Multigrade Diesel Engine Oil
Bully Dog has introduced
its new gauge tuner to the
heavy-duty aftermarket.
The product is easily installed and provides an immediate increase in fuel economy, Bully
Dog says. It works by connecting to an engine control panel
with wire leads. Bully Dog says the tuner also boosts pressure,
engine RPMs, coolant temperature, air ���ow, fuel rail pressure
and other operating systems by changing the electronic tuning characteristics of the engine management system.
Schaeffer���s Eco 5000 15W-40 is a multigrade diesel engine oil that consists of a
blend of full-synthetic base oils, virgin
paraf���n base oils and re-re���ned base oils.
It also incorporates a package of frictional
modi���ers, detergent/dispersants and antiwear additives, the company says.
The oil is formulated for shear stability and to provide long
life, extended drain intervals and improved fuel economy, and
is suited for all types of service for John Deere, Caterpillar,
Detroit Diesel, Mack, Mercedes Benz, International and Volvo
equipment.

Air Hammer Drift For Suspensions
Snap-on has introduced a new air hammer drift set speci���cally for suspension
work.
The new Blue-Point XL Air Hammer
Drift Set is designed to break free hardto-reach bolts and pins that have seized
due to rust and time, the company says.
The set provides the driving force of
an air hammer where needed, while its
5-in. long parallel shaft is designed to not
get stuck in deep holes work where rusted
shock and strut bolts otherwise could not
be accessed.
The set includes the three most commonly used sizes (8 mm to 5/16-in., 10
mm to 3/8-in. and 12 mm to 1/2-in.).
