Product Round-up Blowers, Sweepers and Vacuums Billy Goat debris handlers Billy Goat Industries offers a full range of debris-handling equipment, including its family of Force push blowers that provides up to 7 times the power of a backpack blower. And for larger properties and commercial jobs, the quick-attach 13-hp. FZ blower attaches to any zero-turn mower, and features 360-degree rotational discharge for rapid leaf and quick sidewalk and street cleanup all year. Billy Goat's lawn and litter vacuum lineup includes the MV multi-surface vac designed for both hard surfaces and turf. Finally, Billy Goat's full line of debris loaders includes 12-, 13-, 14-, 18-, 25- and 35-hp. models — all featuring a dualshredding armor plate impeller with a proprietary Piranha blade that reduces debris up to 12:1. CORE's CB420 handheld blower CORE Outdoor Power's products are designed for commercial users in search of a lightweight, cost-effective, yet powerful alternative to gas-powered products. The CB420 handheld blower utilizes CORE's Conductor Optimized Rotary Energy (CORE) motor technology combined with intelligent electronic controls and a high-energy power cell to produce high torque at high efficiencies without the need for gas. The proprietary technology works by embedding copper-etched conductors into a multi-layered circuit board stator that is coupled with permanent magnets to optimize the generated power. The CB420 is both reliable and lightweight, and, like all of CORE's products, runs just as long as a tank of gas while eliminating the common maintenance and hassles associated with using gas-powered equipment. The CB420 weighs 11 pounds, produces winds up to 110 miles per hour, and covers 400 cubic feet per minute for a run time of up to 30 minutes. Echo PB-760LN Echo's PB-760LN is loaded with upgraded professional features for better ergonomics, more performance, and easier serviceability. Echo's top-of-the-line blower is equipped with a powerful 63.3cc engine and an air ventilation system, and it is available with either a hip-mounted (PB-760LNH) or tube-mounted (PB-760LNT) throttle. With a quiet 65-dB(A) output, it's ideal for use in areas where noise may be concern. Features include a straight-back "L" frame; an extra-flexible tube; dual-stage, side-mounted, heavy-duty air filtration; wide-angle tube rotation; padded backrests and shoulder straps; and a leaf guard. The Echo-exclusive vented back pad allows air to circulate around the user for comfortable operation in hot weather. Performance specifications include 535-cfm air volume at the pipe and 214-mph maximum air speed. efco SA 3000 handheld blower The efco SA 3000 handheld blower is lightweight and powerful. Its 30.5cc engine produces 1.3 hp. that creates a maximum air volume of 424 cfm and a maximum air speed of 156.6 mph. The throttle lock allows airflow to be adjusted for every job. After clearing debris, the optional vacuum attachment makes cleanup extremely easy. Standard steel mulching blades shred leaves and debris to reduce the bag volume. Exmark 36-inch walk-behind rotary broom The new Exmark 36-inch walk-behind rotary broom is highly maneuverable with patented power steering technology, and offers a choice of bristle materials to accommodate virtually any surface and varying terrain. The power steering system includes easyto-use fingertip trigger controls. Independent levers control drive- and broom-engagement, and the convenient broom angle adjustment (up-to 20-degrees left/right) is thumb-operated. A robust positive pin-type broom height adjustment system offers 1/8-inch adjustment increments. Two available bristle materials provide all-season versatility, delivering maximum cleaning effectiveness with minimal surface impact. Four-season versatility is further enhanced by the powerful CH270 Kohler Command Pro engine. The multi-season design of the engine allows it to function in both warm and cold environments with a simple 180degree rotation of the air intake. Grasshopper Turbine Blower Leaves, debris and even fallen branches don't stand a chance against the hurricane-strength air velocity generated by the Grasshopper Turbine Blower. It attaches in place of the out-front mower deck to retain zero-turn maneuvering. A full 360-degreerotating nozzle can precisely and effortlessly move even the largest debris pile in no time. One operator can clear vast stretches of curbs and sidewalks, wide-open acreage with loose or packed-down debris, or congested and hard-to-reach areas like tee boxes and sand traps in less time and with less labor than teams of backpack, walk-behind or pull-behind blowers. Gravely Hurricane Plus walk-behind blowers Gravely Hurricane Plus walk-behind blowers are ideal for easy debris cleanup without the hassle of back or arm strain. They are available in 3 models with the following specs: 169cc displacement, .95-gallon fuel-tank capacity, 13.5-inch fan diameter, 1,149-cfm air volume; 265cc, 1.59-gallon fuel tank, 15.25-inch fan diameter, 1,642 cfm; and 404cc, 1.85-gallon fuel tank, 18inch fan diameter and 2,692 cfm. Each model is powered by a Subaru overhead cam engine that provides exceptional power with less noise and convenient 1-pull starting. All 3 models feature all-steel construction, remote throttle control with an optional remote locking caster, and pneumatic tires. Two accessory kits are available for increasing the functionality of the blowers: a hose kit with parking brake and a front-swivel caster kit. www.landscapeirrigation.com Landscape and Irrigation 21
