SmartNav features a high-resolution, SmartAir™ Enters Production SmartNav, Peterbilt's groundbreaking proprietary navigation and infotainment system, now features several new enhancements, according to company officials. Now included in SmartNav are expanded audio controls and 10 new virtual gauges. New standard virtual gauges include engine oil temperature, and transmission temperature. The Peterbilt SmartAir™ anti-idle cooling system — the factory-installed system that helps reduce fuel costs and improve driver comfort — is now available, the company has announced. "This system has exceptional cooling capacity and delivers bottom line savings to customers through reduced fuel consumption."
