It seems like we have had one of the longest, coldest, and wettest winters in the last decade. I am also not a fan of the shorter daylight hours. Getting up in the dark, going to work, and returning in the dark at times depresses me. It appears to me that all this is not conducive to business. Spring brings a promise of things to come. It is my hope that spring means growing your business. If you did not attend the 2014 Food & Fuel Expo, you missed a great opportunity to network with people in your industry. The trade show was full of vendors ready and willing to share information about their respective companies. You also missed great speakers, educational sessions, and fellowship. I encourage you to attend the convention this summer. If you have never attended, you do not know what you are missing. The convention also has much to offer. Your P&CMA staff will soon be sending out information packets that will give you details of the event. This year's convention will be located in Sandestin. If you have never been to Sandestin, it is a great venue for people of all ages and offers beautiful beaches, shopping, and delicious food.
