And for PACCAR Finan- cial, it's no different. "On a scale of 1 to 10, our customers gave us, on average, a 9 in all the key metrics of customer service and loan programs. Peterbilt Honors 2010 Dealers of the Year P eterbilt recently honored its top performing dealers at its annual Peterbilt Dealer Meeting held at PACCAR's new engine plant in Columbus, Miss. Earning the title of 2010 Peterbilt North American Dealer of the Year was Peterbilt Manitoba Ltd. in Win- nipeg, Canada. "Peterbilt Manitoba Ltd., a multi-award winning dealership, continuously grows their business year after year by embracing Peterbilt's new products and technologies," says Bill Jackson, Peterbilt general manager and PACCAR vice president. "They are a first-class organiza- tion dedicated to customer service and a true representation of the Peterbilt brand." "We are honored to be recognized as Peterbilt Dealer of the Year," says Doug Danylchuk, dealer principal of Peterbilt Manitoba Ltd. "Repeat customers, quality products and our profes- sional service team are the keys to our success." Western Peterbilt, located in Seattle, earned honors as Peterbilt Medium Duty Dealer of the Year. With over 20 years of experience, Western Peterbilt has 11 locations across Alaska, Washington, Oregon and California. "Western Peterbilt recognizes the value of selling the entire Pe- terbilt medium duty line to diverse market segments to grow their busi- ness," says Jackson. Mid-America Peterbilt in O'Fallon, Mo., was named Red Oval Dealer of the Year. "Mid-America Peterbilt leads the way when it comes to mar- keting and selling pre-owned vehicles," says Jackson. "They offer a large inventory of trucks for all market segments and their knowledgeable sales team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to all customers."
