It seems that some concrete fence posts being imported into the United States from South America contained more than just concrete, although it started with the letter "c". Another cover photo showed Sal Tumino of Tropic Fence, Inc. of Pom- pano Beach, Fla. tightening a turn- buckle on a brace cable during the construction of a rehabilitation center for injured pelicans at Pelican Harbor, Fla. • The ins and outs of slide gate op- erators were explored in a special ac- cess control section that month.
