Some of you may know that I grew up on a working farm. Th is translated to driving big trucks and tractors before I even had a license to drive a car. Th ere is a special satisfaction in physically achieving large visible accom- plishments in the open air that could never be realized sitting at a computer. Th is newest project will be completed by August. You will see updated screens on the IDA website, and the convention registration and member profi les will have a new look. Orchestrat- ing a massive data and transac- tional history is very complicated. Whether you have 500 or 500,000 members, the basics are equally intricate and vulnerable to catastrophe.
