Lund International Purchases Aftermarket Accessory Company Lund International, a portfolio company of Highlander Partners, L.P., has acquired substantially all of the assets of RoadWorks Manufacturing, Inc. RoadWorks, headquartered in Lafayette, Ind., is a manufacturer and distributor of aftermarket accessories to the heavy-duty truck market. Operations will continue to be conducted from RoadWorks' existing facility and its employees will join the Lund International team. "We believe that Lund is a perfect fi t for our business and look forward to contributing to its continued success," says Susan Linson, RoadWorks' owner and CEO. VIPAR Heavy Duty Adds Missouri Member Missouri Great Dane has joined the VIPAR Heavy Duty net- work of distributors as a stockholder. Established in 1980, Missouri Great Dane operates out of its headquarters in Benton, Mo., and from a St. Louis branch that opened in 1993. "The greater St. Louis area is a central transportation hub in the Midwest. The addition of Missouri Great Dane to our network of distributors provides added distribution and a strategic partner to enhance our footprint in this key market," says Jim Pennig, vice president of business development, VIPAR Heavy Duty.
