Thursday Breakfast Quiche Lorraine, cheese biscuits and fresh fruit began the morning deliciously at Kem's Restaurant in Holiday Inn Meridian. Jazz guitarist Steve Watson helped attendees ease into the day. Thursday Lunch Elegantly decorated tabletops at the Studio Theatre, one of the MSU Riley Center's many versatile spaces, enhanced a tribute luncheon for longtime MSAE stalwart Anne Coggins. She is retiring as Tunica Convention and Visitor's Bureau sales manager after 25 years in the hospitality industry. Pinterest in the Park Meridian's nostalgic Highland Park provided lots of opportunities for photos worth sharing online. Guests rode the 1896-vintage Dentzel Carousel, heard Jimmie Rodgers tribute artist Britt Gully sing at the Jimmie Rodgers Museum, and browsed mixed pot planting and jewelry from local artists. 12 CONNECTIONS | SUMMER 2013
