Shopper Behavior Research Goes 3D WMS and ETS Labs Join Forces Paper packaging company Smurfit Kappa has invested in a 3D virtual shopping environment to analyze shopper behavior. The virtual store will allow Smurfit Kappa customers to experiment with packaging in a realistic retail environment. Slated to debut in September, the virtual store will reside in Smurfit Kappa's Development Centre in the Netherlands. Wine Management Systems (WMS) of San Rafael, Calif., and ETS Laboratories of St. Helena have teamed to further automate the winemaking process by integrating wine sample results from ETS directly into WMS' Cloud-based Wine Production System.
